  • After completing the form, how long does it take to contact me?
    Shoppers who register in active searches are contacted between 24 and 48 hours. Shoppers registered for other areas will be contacted within 5 to 10 business days. When you are activated in our system, you will receive an email with your Username and Password.
  • Do I have to pay anything to become a Seoriginal Shopper?
    No, Seoriginal does not require you to invest money to become a Shopper. Reputable mystery shopper companies generally don't charge "membership fees," and you should be careful if a company asks for a fee up front to become a shopper. Some Seoriginal assignments require the purchase of a meal or small item as specified by the client. These assignments always include a refund, which will be indicated in the instructions for each assignment. In other words, once the visit and the survey have been approved, Seoriginal will refund the cost of the consumption made according to the instruction.
  • Are all surveys completed on the Seoriginal website?
    Yes, all of your surveys will be completed online. Shoppers must have reliable Internet access to perform tasks for Seoriginal. We recommend completing using the Google Chrome browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
  • How do I access the Platform?
    To access the Platform go to seoriginal.com.ar/shoppers, look for the blue banner and click on the Start Session button, and enter the username and password that we sent you by email when you registered as a Shopper. Only Shoppers who have been registered in the system and remain Active will be able to access the Platform. If you did not perform audits for a long time, the system will label you as Inactive, if you want to perform audits again, let us know! to reactivate your user.
  • I forgot my username and/or password
    If you forgot your username and password, remember that every time we assign you an audit you will receive a reminder of this data by email within the notification of the assignment. Check your email! Also look for it in the Spam, Promotions, or Social folders. Keep in mind to respect uppercase, lowercase, numbers and spaces. If you repeatedly entered the data incorrectly, the system will block your User. If this happens or you had any problem entering, contact your Assignments contact by Whatsapp to resolve it.
  • Is the Mystery Shopper considered a permanent job?
    No, Shoppers are considered independent contractors and perform market research services on behalf of Seoriginal's clients. Some Shoppers do an occasional task for fun and extra money, while others take on multiple tasks each month. The number of tasks offered depends on the performance demonstrated by the Shoppers in each assignment. Most Shoppers perform tasks for various Mystery Shopping companies. Once a Shopper completes and is paid for a project/assignment, neither party (Seoriginal or the contractor) shall have any continuing contractual obligations to the other, until such time as Seoriginal offers and Shopper agrees to perform another project/assignment.
  • How are Seoriginal Shoppers paid?
    Seoriginal Shoppers are independent contractors who are paid based on the audits they perform. Depending on the assignment and its requirements, the payment may vary and in the case of including a meal or purchase, a reimbursement will be paid for that consumption. Upon completion of the work, Shoppers must send their own invoice for the amount to be received. After receiving surveys from Shoppers (within the specified timeframe), Seoriginal staff validate and process payments. If Shoppers do not meet all assignment specifications, Seoriginal reserves the right to withhold all or part of the specified compensation. Payment processing can typically take up to 15 days after your audit is approved. It is paid by bank transfer, if they do not have a bank account, Shoppers can choose to receive the payment in their Mercadopago account.
  • How and when do I get paid after completing an audit?
    Shoppers will receive payment via bank transfer. If there was a delay in your payment, check if you sent your invoice by mail and they responded with the estimated payment date, and if you correctly uploaded the corresponding data on the Platform.   • If the audit requires a purchase or consumption of a product, who absorbs the expense?
    The consumptions required by the client within the audit to evaluate the commercial attitude of the sellers and the attention received, for example having a coffee in a cafeteria or buying a product in a store, will be reimbursed by SeOriginal to the Shopper together with the payment of their fees.
  • What type of audit preparation will I receive?
    A Seoriginal Assignments associate will be available to provide you with the details of the client's requirements so that you can carry out your task successfully. You will also receive by email a video tutorial on how to correctly complete the surveys. Depending on the difficulty of the requirements of each client, online training can be carried out through Google Meet.
  • How many audits can I do per month?
    You can make as many as you want, as long as they are available. In the case of the Mystery or Hidden Client, the Shopper will not be able to audit the same branch twice in a row, to avoid being detected.
  • Can I change the date of my visit?
    Visits are assigned within 48 or 72 hours. If you know in advance that you will not be able to meet the deadlines, or an unforeseen event arose, contact us! Send a Whatsapp to your Assignments contact or an email to assignaciones @seoriginal.com.ar Depending on the survey campaign and the times requested by the client, the extension of the term will be evaluated or the survey will be reassigned to another person.
  • Can I carry out audits outside my area or city?
    As an independent contractor, how far you travel is completely up to you. Seoriginal does not reimburse travel expenses, so we suggest you request/accept stores in your vicinity. However, you can perform audits wherever you are traveling. If you are about to make a trip or are interested in areas outside your city, contact your Assignments contact by mail or WhatsApp so that we can take you into account for visits to those areas. However, keep in mind that survey deadlines will still apply and you'll need to make sure you have internet access while you're out of town.
  • If the place to be audited is far from my area, who absorbs the travel expenses?
    SeOriginal will assign you audits close to your place of residence to avoid incurring extra expenses to get around. A maximum distance of up to 5km is contemplated. You can always check the address of the premises before accepting the jobs and if you cannot cover the distance, you can choose to reject the audit.
  • Can I bring a companion/s to the audit?
    Unless the survey expressly requires it, it must be carried out WITHOUT companions, without exception. Keep in mind that beyond experience, being a Shopper / Auditor (both technical and mystery) is a task that requires concentration and paying attention to what is happening around you in order to be able to relieve it correctly later.
  • How much time do I have to complete my audit?
    You will need to agree on the date of your visit in advance with your Assignments contact and you will be given a deadline to turn in the completed survey. Generally, once we assign your visit you will have a period of 48 or 72 hours to carry it out, depending on the task.
  • How long does it take to pass my audit?
    Survey review takes 72 business hours. The approval time will depend on the number of missing or inconsistencies in the survey information and the delay of the Shopper in resolving the queries. The more complete, detailed and well written your survey is, the sooner they can approve it and schedule your payment!
  • What could cause my audit to fail?
    The audits are made up of two parts: the visit (face-to-face, virtual, and/or telephone), and the burden of the survey. If one or both of these two instances are missing, the work is considered incomplete and will not be approved. If the Shopper does not complete the audit within the agreed period and does not communicate to notify any inconvenience, Seoriginal will consider the task abandoned and will reassign it to another Shopper, to fulfill the commitment with the client. If there are missing or inconsistencies in the survey received, the Shopper will be consulted to resolve them, if the Shopper does not answer the queries within 72 hours, the survey will be considered incomplete, and the audit will be reassigned to another Shopper. If the Shoppers do not comply with all the specifications of the assignment (such as: bringing a companion if it is not required, not taking the mandatory photos, consuming something not indicated in the assignment, losing the consumption ticket, falsifying information , being detected in the case of Mystery, etc.), Seoriginal reserves the right to void the audit and reassign or retain all or part of the specified compensation.
  • What if I have questions related to homework after hours or on weekends?
    For any assignment scheduled for a weekend, we strongly recommend that you review your visiting instructions before 5pm. on Friday and write to your Assignments contact if you have any questions. If you experienced technical difficulties outside of Seoriginal's standard office hours, you can leave a message on Whatsapp or send an email to datos@seoriginal.com.ar We will respond to your queries as soon as possible on the next business day.
